Entrepreneurship

Hustle and Grow

Description
Neighborhood Trust is a national nonprofit financial services innovator built for workers. We partner, co-create and innovate to build financial products, services and benefits for workers who traditionally have had to rely on debt to make ends meet.

Millions of workers, despite having a job, are financially insecure. And the financial services marketplace contains few effective solutions for helping low-income workers escape debt and build wealth.

We believe it’s time for a change. Through our solutions including TrustPlus and Pathways to Financial Empowerment, we connect workers to safe and effective products and services that lead to financial security. But we don’t stop there. By providing our data and insights to strategic partners including customers, banks, FinTechs, policymakers, and NGOs, we push the marketplace to prioritize low-income workers and be more accountable to their specific financial needs.

Our vision and deep understanding of the complex challenges facing low income workers has been shaped by over 25 years experience providing financial guidance and partnering with employers and players across the financial services industry. By combining our commitments to data, innovation and financial justice, we have a unique ability to transform the marketplace of financial services, products and benefits.
